The price is set before the journey, based on the distance and the time of day. Traffic makes no difference to the bill.
The price is set for the vehicle, not per passenger: you pay the same amount alone or at full capacity.

The saloon takes 1 to 4 passengers and 3 bags, the van 4 to 8 passengers and 8 bags.
The van has an access ramp. Mention it in your request.
