We collect the information you share with us when you contact us by phone, by email or via our website.

The booking form collects:

• Your first and last name.
• The name of your company or organisation, if you provide it.
• Your phone number (as entered, and in international format for handling your request) and your email address.
• The pickup and drop-off addresses, date, time and number of passengers.
• Any additional details you add.
• The estimated journey distance and duration, and the price estimate shown, when they could be calculated.
• The page of the website from which the request is sent (French or English version) and the date it is sent.

Use of data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• Providing our private chauffeur transport services and responding to your requests.
• Processing payments and invoicing.
• Improving the quality of our services by analysing the feedback and reviews you provide.
• Sending you updates about our services, special offers and important information.

Data sharing

Your personal data is neither sold nor transferred. It is shared with Reveva VTC's chauffeurs to carry out the transport service, and processed by providers (processors) who act on Reveva VTC's behalf, under its instructions:

• The website's host.
• The website's technical provider, who routes booking requests by email and calculates the price estimate shown in the booking form: only the pickup and drop-off points (GPS coordinates), the journey distance, date, time and number of passengers are sent, with no name or contact details. The estimate is not stored; only the server's technical logs, including the IP address, are kept for a limited period.
• Google (Google Maps Platform), which receives the addresses entered in the booking form to suggest addresses and calculate the journey, in accordance with its own terms of use and privacy policy.
• Payment partners, to process transactions.

Data security

We take appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, disclosure or alteration.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data and have it corrected if it is inaccurate (right of access and rectification).
• Request the erasure of your personal data where possible (right to erasure).
• Object to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes (right to object).
• Withdraw your consent at any time where applicable (right to withdraw consent).
